I’m not from around here. Although I’m quickly approaching a point where I’ve lived in this city longer than I lived anywhere else, I still occasionally run into miniature servings of culture shock (I’m not from that far away after all).

This blog was originally meant to focus on that, but it has broadened out to include small reflections on education and faith and whatever else is on my mind. I also don’t write that much here, but I’m trying to work on that.
